Attorney Mark B. Houts delivers a case study on the craziest case of his career, spanning two decades. David Atchison II was found murdered in January of 2017. His body had been dragged in the street, postmortem. He had about half a million dollars in life insurance, and several people claiming it should go to them. Houts Law, PLLC, performed an extensive investigation, ultimately recovering the lion's share of remaining proceeds for his clients, David's children. Next, the firm obtained a default judgment against the decedent's parents for wrongfully collecting life-insurance benefits -- a judgment exceeding $1 Million against decedent's father.
